I had little concept of Kundalini Yoga before I began attending Clarrisha’s classes. To say it’s changed me is an understatement. I have learned so much about who I am from this process.
I’ve acquired coping mechanisms for stress through the breathwork and meditations taught in class. I’ve Increased my stamina and strength through the Kriya’s Clarrisha carefully plans each week.
The obvious health benefits of attending a Kundalini yoga class just become a wonderful by-product rather than the objective, as it’s so much more than an exercise class.
Clarrisha truly is a natural teacher and gives so much of herself to everyone who attends.
If you want to benefit your body, mind and soul, this class is for you.

Wow. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Clarrisha's kundalini class I was introduced to this through a friend, and felt such a strong connection immediately. I had no experience with yoga in the past, and always found it very intimidating, disconnected and a bit cliche - kundalini is the complete opposite, it caters for all abilities and Clarrisha will always adapt it to suit your abilities with getting the full benifit still. Since attending Clarrisha's class it has gave me my life back and taught me how to let go of the past and embrace the future. At 57 I feel the best version of me and I really do owe this to this wonderful women and her excellent way of teaching, embracing and guiding and most of all supporting me on my journey.

I had never heard of Kundalini until my surgeon suggested I looked into the benefits of this type of yoga to help with the mobility issues relating to my back condition.
Having tried Vinyasa and Hatha yoga in the past which only exacerbated my back pain, I did not hold much hope that Kundalini would be much differant.
Boy was I wrong!
I decided to go on a kundalini retreat in Ibiza, the plan being if I did not enjoy the yoga at least I could still have a holiday exploring the white isle.
What I experienced was transformational each posture was in consideration of my condition and built upon very gently. By the end of the week I could touch my toes for the first time in 20yrs.
Back home I decided to keep up kundalini both in group classes and 1 2 1's with Clarrisha as she is amazing at knowing how to adapt the various postures specifically to your needs at the sametime teaching you coping mechanisms that build strength, stamina and become connected to who you really are.

I have attended Kundalini yoga classes with Clarrisha for around 6 months and I absolutely love them. Clarrisha is a warm and enthusiastic teacher who makes sure everyone is involved and can work at their level whilst pushing us to achieve just outside our comfort zones. I have really benefitted from these classes and look forward to them every week. I have practiced different schools of yoga for quite a few years now, but Clarrisha's classes are definitely the best I have been to.
