SPRING into VISION

2-Part Workshop Friday 24th March & Friday 19th May2023

Are you still committed to your resolutions? 

Or have they fallen by the wayside and been forgotten about? 

Many times, our goals fail because energetically they are created from the ego 

out of a reaction against something, such as judgements, self-criticism or the feelings of  

not being good enough! 


This 2-part fun and inspired workshop, “Spring into vision” will harness the powerful energies of the spring equinox, a time of new beginnings to cultivate dreams and desires into vision. 

Using tools of Kundalini yoga we will come into a space, travel within and bring awareness to our beliefs and habits that keep us stuck. 

From a place of self-compassion, we will then be able to shift our energies, helping us to make the changes needed to plant the seeds of our dreams, hopes and desires into reality. 

Set the FUNtention, activate the gift of play and joy to create your own personal vision board enabling you to become inspired and motivated into taking aligned action to achieve your goals for your best life. 


This 2-part workshop focuses on: 

Friday 24th March 2023.  at 6pm – 10pm (4 hours) £44

2. Letting go: Reflect what we want to leave behind us  

3. Wheel of Life: Analyse the present

"A journey to the heart"

Join Us for this collaborative Summer workshop August 5th

The Sun is out, the days are long, its been unusually hot.

Summer is officially here!

In Chinese medicine our bodies are believed to be deeply connected to nature and the planet, living in harmony with the shifts and changes of each season.

The Summer season corresponds with the heart organ. A time for movement, growth and expansion that embodies the fire element within. 

Embracing the profound experiences of joy and the delightful sound of laughter, the fire element within us becomes balanced, it brings about a serene and tranquil mind, allowing for rejuvenating and restful sleep. Moreover, it nurtures a healthy and vibrant heart, which is essential for overall well-being. 


Come join us, Mel, Clarrisha and Tash for "A journey to the heart" our blend of yoga knowledge and sound healing practices will create a relaxing, therapeutic afternoon to take a healing journey to open your heart and coming home to Self.

You'll be held in a safe, caring space within a beautiful venue, cocooning us in a loving embrace.

What to expect...

Mel from Namaste Health & Wellness will be taking us through a Yin yoga sequence which is a quiet, contemplative practice that works deeply into your body with passive longer held poses that help improve the flow of the bodies subtle energetic pathways to the heart to promote more ease, grace and self compassion.


Clarrisha from Yoga Truth will then take us further into the journey with a practice of Kundalini yoga (yoga of awareness) that enjoys movement, breathwork, mantra and mudra to help shift unwanted patterns, habits and blockages to enable us to feel lighter and more uplifted, to open us to our full potential.


We'll break for an indulgent treat of yummy homemade energy balls, refreshments made with love ready to sink into a beautiful meditative healing sound journey with Tash.


Tash from UNY sound baths  will lead the sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes to encourage exploration of your inner landscape creating a deeper connection to your consciousness helping you to relax and connect both mind and body, aiding anxiety and stress reduction. By allowing yourself to enter into a deep state of meditation you can help the body to restore, become balanced and return to equilibrium.

The science behind the workshop...  


Yin Yoga:  targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians which is in contrast to a typical yang yoga practice which targets the muscles.


Kundalini yoga: known as the "yoga of awareness" allows you the space to become in tune with your inner landscape and inner dialogue. This enables you to become less reactive and act from a place of  relaxed compassion, enabling you to make better choices in life for oneself.


Sound and vibration:  also known as sound therapy or sound healing, has been used for centuries in various cultures around the world. Scientifically proven to alter brainwaves in safe non invasive ways, enables you to switch off and really focus on our inner world and state of being.  Promoting overall well-being, supports the body's self-healing mechanisms and helps create harmony between the mind, body, and spirit.


We look forward to holding this space for you and taking you on a magical journey away from the daily pressures and back to the heart for deeply soothing rest, healing and Love.
