Final balance payment is due 1st July 2025  

To qualify for Early Bird price, Final Early Bird Balance is due 1st May 2025 

Cancellations: If you cancel less than 4 weeks before retreat start date no refund is payable. Cancel 4-8 weeks before retreat 50% less deposit paid Cancel 9 weeks before full refund less deposit.
